What is Telehealth?
Telehealth is a safe secure and convenient way to receive medical care utilizing modern technology. It allows you to communicate with a provider in a video meeting on your computer, tablet or phone devices to deliver health education and care. It is also call telemedicine or video visits.
Who can use Telehealth?
Adults 18 and older can use telehealth. Minors must be accompanied by an adult.
How much is a Telehealth visit?
The price of a telehealth visit depends on the type of visit; most visits start at $80.00.
Do I need to make an appointment?
Yes, all virtual visits are scheduled visits.
When should Telehealth not be used?
- Telehealth should not be used while driving.
- Telehealth cannot be used for all medical issues (ex. the condition needs to be assessed by a provider in person or in a medical emergency, when you suspect a broken bone or have been wounded and might need stitches or surgery, when a sensitive area (e.g., genitals) needs to be examined).
How do I schedule a Telehealth visit?

281-208-2220 to schedule an appointment. Once your appointment is scheduled, a link will be emailed to you that will allow you to enter the virtual clinic.
What areas or counties do you serve?
We offer our services to patients across the ENTIRE state of Texas, as well as patients in Delaware, Florida, and Maryland; more states will be added soon.
Do you accept insurance?
Yes, we accept Medicaid (including Healthy Texas Women), Medicare, and most commercial insurance plans, IF your insurance plan has telehealth benefits.
Do you bill your patients for services?
We DO NOT bill uninsured patients. However, patients with commercial insurance may receive a bill if for some reason their insurance company does not pay all or a portion of their claim. Payment is due at the time services are rendered.
Who are the patients you serve?
We care for the entire family. Children, adults, seniors and even employers who need medical services for their staff can receive medical care at Grace Family Virtual Clinic.

Information Exchange
During the telehealth visit, the information will be exchanged via teleconference, landline phone, cellular phone, and or online chat. These methods of communication are not as secure as a face-to-face encounter. By requesting a telehealth visit you acknowledge that some personal health information will be communicated in a manner that is not encrypted. Please refrain from emailing personal information other than your age, gender, and the basic reason for your visit.
